Caren Danielson, M.A.

Caren is a trusted advisor to CEOs and Executive teams and she brings 20 years of experience in psychology and business to her unique brand of Management Consulting. As founder of the Chicago-based 360° degree feedback consulting firm, Danielson Consulting, Inc., (1993-2008), and currently as Founder of Dynamic Consulting Group (2008-Present), she facilitates organizations in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. Caren is one of a limited number of Certified Consultants in the USA trained to utilize the Judgment Index, a unique assessment tool designed for hiring, strengthening and developing employees. Caren also works with clients to assess individual and group issues and to design feedback processes to significantly improve performance and effectiveness. She has conducted over two thousand one-on-one interviews and has been successful in changing the behaviors, attitudes and performance of top executives and senior managers. Caren has worked in many industries including financial, pharmaceutical, real estate, high-tech, construction and public schools.

Caren graduated with a Masters Degree in Psychology, from Adler School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, IL. Specializing in Organizational Development, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with a Marketing minor from the University of Arizona.

Patrick M. Rawa, Ph.D.

Patrick brings strong organizational development and hands-on business leadership expertise to the Dynamic Consulting Group where he facilitates organizations in identifying, developing, and retaining   top talent. Prior to joining Dynamic Consulting Group, he refined his talent management proficiency through both internal and external consulting roles along with gaining invaluable experience holding P&L responsibility and leading successful sales organizations at both Target and the Good Guys. Patrick has helped his clients to upgrade talent, motivate individuals and teams to make positive behavioral changes, and to create partnerships that drive business results. His clients benefit from solutions that are practical, results focused and based on the organization’s strategic business goals.  Patrick is one of a limited number of Certified Consultants in the USA trained to utilize the Judgment Index, a unique assessment tool designed for hiring, strengthening and developing employees.

Patrick specializes in Executive Selection, Coaching, Team Development, Succession Planning, and Change Leadership.  Patrick is utilizing the Judgment Index to work with individuals and groups to improve communication, interpersonal interactions, and to strengthen managerial and leadership skills. He has worked in many industries including retail, high technology, pharmaceutical and with the public sector.

Patrick holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science Degree (M.S.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. Patrick graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
