Prior to joining Dynamic Consulting Group, he refined his talent management proficiency through both internal and external consulting roles along with gaining invaluable experience holding P&L responsibility and leading successful sales organizations at both Target and the Good Guys. Patrick has helped his clients to upgrade talent, motivate individuals and teams to make positive behavioral changes, and to create partnerships that drive business results. His clients benefit from solutions that are practical, results focused and based on the organization’s strategic business goals. Patrick specializes in Executive Selection, Coaching, Team Development, Succession Planning, and Change Leadership.
